At its meeting today, the Board of Directors of ČEZ a. s. approved a dividend proposal of CZK 52 per share. This proposal corresponds to a total dividend of CZK 28 billion. The proposal assumes the payment of 80% of the consolidated net profit for 2023 adjusted for extraordinary effects. The Board of Directors of ČEZ a. s., also decided to convene an Annual General Meeting of the company on 24 June 2024.
