Full text of the Articles of Association of ČEZ, a. s.

CEZ a. s’s Board of Directors, in accordance with § 433 of the Business Corporations Act, has drawn up the full text of its Articles of Association due to the fact that part of the text in Article 18 (2) was deleted (see the marked revision in the attached full text of the Articles).
