In its regular meeting, the ČEZ Supervisory Board appointed Mr. Lubomír Klosík to the position of the ČEZ Supervisory Board Vice Chairman yesterday. Mr. Lubomír Klosík had been the ČEZ Supervisory Board member elected by employees.
Mr. Martin Říman is the Chairman and Mr. Eduard Janota is the Vice Chairman of the ČEZ Supervisory Board. The Supervisory Board has two Vice Chairmen.
