ČEZ, a. s., with the registered office at Praha 4, Duhová 2/1444, postal code 140 53, ID 452 74 649, informs that on 7 June 2010, the board of directors of the company as the sole shareholder in the competence of general meeting of the dissolving company ČEZ Distribuce, a. s., with the registered office at Děčín 4, Teplická 874/8, postal code 405 02, ID 272 32 425 and as the sole shareholder in the competence of general meeting of the dissolving company ČEZ Distribuční zařízení, a.s., with the registered office at Praha 4, Michle, Duhová 2/1444, postal code 140 53, ID 289 22 727, decided on a merger by merging these companies. Subsequently a notarial record was made on this decision on 12.7.2010. The merger by merging will become legally effective on 1 October 2010.
