New subsidiary of ČEZ, a. s. in Poland - CEZ Produkty Energeticzne Polska Sp. z o. o.
ČEZ, a. s., with its registered office at Prague 4, Duhová 2/1444, Postal Code 140 53, ID Number 452 74 649 (hereinafter "the Company") would like to announce a creation of its new subsidiary. CEZ Produkty Energeticzne Polska Sp. z o. o. was registered with Polish Commercial Register on 19 January 2009. CEZ Produkty Energeticzne Polska Sp. z o. o. is sole owned by ČEZ, a. s., its registered capital amounts to PLN 800.000 and was fully paid-up. The establishment of a new subsidiary was, in compliance with the Company's Articles of Association, approved by the Company's Board of Directors and the Company's Supervisory Board was informed.
