New subsidiary of ČEZ, a. s. in the Netherlands – CEZ International Finance B.V.

ČEZ, a. s., with its registered office at Prague 4, Duhová 2/1444, Postal Code 140 53, ID Number 452 74 649 (hereinafter "the Company") would like to announce a creation of its new subsidiary. CEZ International Finance B.V. was established on 27 May 2009 and registered by Dutch Commercial Register on 28 May 2009. CEZ International Finance B.V. is sole owned by ČEZ, a. s., its registered capital amounts to EUR 50.000 and was fully paid-up. The establishment of a new subsidiary was, in compliance with the Company's Articles of Association, approved by the Company's Board of Directors and the Company's Supervisory Board was informed.
