Based on a decision of the General Meeting of ČEZ, a.s.’s shareholders, which took place on 21 May 2008 in the Congress Centre Prague, dividends for 2007 will be paid to the shareholders as follows:
The record day for paying dividends is 21 May 2008.
The amount of dividend per share (gross): CZK 40.00.
Dividend payout time: 4 August 2008 to 4 August 2012.
