The CEZ energy company has purchased a 100% share in the company eEnergy Ralsko a. s., whose main activity is the development of a photovoltaic power plant project in the grounds of the former military base in Ralsko. The project with an installed output of 25 MW is ready for construction; the power plant commissioning is scheduled at the end of 2010. Further details of the transaction will not be published.
