JE Temelin traffic

Information on NPP Temelín 131 / 2007

The first Unit is operated at a planned power level. At Unit 2, all planned works connected with the replacement of ¼ of fuel in the reactor have been completed. All auxiliary systems of the power plant are working in accordance with the operation needs.

July 4, 2007

After completing all planned preparatory activities, Unit 2 will be prepared to restart the electricity production and to synchronize to the national power grid in the middle of the next week.

Information on parameters at Unit 1 today on July 4, 2007 at 08:00 o‘clock:
· Unit is in Mode 1 - power operation
· Reactor power is 97 %
· Turbine generator output - 980 MWe
· Electricity production since the beginning of the year: 2 238 623 MWh

Information on parameters at Unit 2 today on July 4, 2007 at 08:00 o‘clock:
· the Unit is in Mode 3
· Reactor power is 0 %
· Turbine generator output - 0 MWe
· Electricity production since the beginning of the year: 2 975 006 MWh
