After the Saturday?s successful test of the reactor control equipment, the operators found a leakage in the control air system of the generator breaker at Unit 2 during the power escalation.

After the Saturday’s successful test of the reactor control equipment, the operators found a leakage in the control air system of the generator breaker at Unit 2 during the power escalation. Currently, the technicians prepare an optimum repair performance that should be connected with an only short-term disconnection of the turbine generator from the distribution grid.
At Unit 1, the planned outage connected with the annual replacement of ¼ of fuel in the reactor is under way. All auxiliary systems are working in accordance with the operation needs of individual units.

· Unit is in Mode 6
· Reactor power is 0 %
· Turbine generator output - 0 MWe
· Electricity production since the beginning of the year: 3 450 131 MWh

Information on parameters at Unit 2 today on July 10, 2006 at 9:00 o‘clock:
· Unit is in Mode 1 - power operation
· Reactor power is 62 %
· Turbine generator output - 565 MW
· Electricity production since the beginning of the year: 3 695 018 MWh
