Information on NPP Temelín 136 / 2007

The first Unit is operated at a planned power level. The Unit 2 power is stabilized at the level of 80 % RTP and the operations personnel carries out the planned power ascension tests. All auxiliary systems of the power plant are working in accordance with the operation needs.

Unit 2 will stay stabilized at the power of 80 % RTP till the weekend, when the planned power ascension tests will be completed at this power level. After their completion, the reactor power will be increased to hundred per cent RTP and the unit will start to operate at full power. After achieving the full power, additional parameter measurements of the modernized turbine generator run and power ascension tests are planned.

· Unit is in Mode 1 - power operation
· Reactor power is 97 %
· Turbine generator output - 981 MWe
· Electricity production since the beginning of the year: 2 450 545 MWh

Information on parameters at Unit 2 today on July 13, 2007 at 09:00 o‘clock:
· Unit is in Mode 1 - power operation
· Reactor power is 80 %
· Turbine generator output - 977 MWe
· Electricity production since the beginning of the year: 3 001 990 MWh
