Information on NPP Temelín 153/2006

Unit 2 is in operation at planned power level. At Unit 1, the technicians are carrying out a series of reactor core physics tests. After their termination, they will synchronize the Unit with the distribution grid.

Unit 2 is in operation at planned power level. At Unit 1, the technicians are carrying out a series of reactor core physics tests. After their termination, they will synchronize the Unit with the distribution grid. All auxiliary systems are working in accordance with the operation needs of individual units.

· Unit is in Mode 2
· Reactor power is 0,1 %
· Turbine generator output - 0 MWe
· Electricity production since the beginning of the year: 3 450 131 MWh

Information on parameters at Unit 2 today on August 7, 2006 at 07:30 o‘clock:
· Unit is in Mode 1 - power operation
· Reactor power is 95 %
· Turbine generator output - 956 MW
· Electricity production since the beginning of the year: 4 208 333 MWh
