JE Temelin traffic

Information on NPP Temelín 227/2006

Unit 1 is in operation at planned power. Yesterday evening at 20.51, the operators synchronized Unit 2 to the distribution grid.

They will start a series of core physics tests lasting several days at 75 and 80% of the reactor rated power. All auxiliary systems are working in accordance with the operation needs of individual units.

Information on parameters at Unit 1 today on November 21, 2006 at 07:00 o‘clock:
· Unit is in Mode 1 - power operation
· Reactor power is 96 %
· Turbine generator output - 979 MWe
· Electricity production since the beginning of the year: 5 553 123 MWh

Information on parameters at Unit 2 today on November 21, 2006 at 07:00 o‘clock:
· Unit is in Mode 1 - power operation
· Reactor power is 66 %
· Turbine generator output - 640 MWe
· Electricity production since the beginning of the year: 4 610 748 MWh
