Unit 1 is in operation at planned power level. At Unit 2, an automatic intervention of the reactor limitation system occurred due to a false signal in the system of automata of the feedwater flowrate control to the steam generators in the secondary, non-nuclear part of the power plant today before noon. The reactor has been shut down by this action. The response of other systems was fully in compliance with the design. Unit 2 will brought back into operation after the examination and removal of the event cause. The technicians assume that the Unit should be reconnected to the grid tomorrow before noon. An unplanned automatic reactor shutdown occurred last time at Temelín in 2004.
All auxiliary systems are working in accordance with the operation needs of individual units.
