JE Temelin traffic

Information on NPP Temelín 4/2007

Both Unit 1 and 2 are in operation at full rated power. Tonight, Unit 1 will be shut down as planned for a short time.

January 5, 2007

The reason is the performance of the regular test of the reactor control rods. The electricity delivery from the Unit will be restored on Sunday. All auxiliary systems are working in accordance with the operation needs of individual units.

Information on parameters at Unit 1 today on January 5, 2007 at 07:00 o‘clock:
· Unit is in Mode 1 - power operation
· Reactor power is 96 %
· Turbine generator output - 977 MWe
· Electricity production since the beginning of the year: 93 608 MWh

Information on parameters at Unit 2 today on January 5, 2007 at 07:00 o‘clock:
· Unit is in Mode 1 - power operation
· Reactor power is 99 %
· Turbine generator output – 1010 MWe
· Electricity production since the beginning of the year: 97 189 MWh
