JE Temelin traffic

Information on NPP Temelín 88 / 2006

Both Unit 1 and 2 are in operation at full rated power. All auxiliary systems are working in accordance with the operation needs of individual units.

May 5, 2006

On Sunday May 7, Unit 1 will be shut down for a short time in a planned manner in order to perform the regular test of reactor control rods. The electricity delivery to the net will be restored on Monday May 8.

Information on parameters at Unit 1 today on May 5, 2006 at 10:00 o‘clock:
· Unit is in Mode 1 - power operation
· Reactor power is 96 %
· Turbine generator output - 982 MW
· Electricity production since the beginning of the year: 2 813 715 MWh

Information on parameters at Unit 2 today on May 5, 2006 at 10:00 o‘clock:
· Unit is in Mode 1 - power operation
· Reactor power is 96 %
· Turbine generator output - 978 MW
· Electricity production since the beginning of the year: 2 173 944 MWh
