Jiri Bis becomes a new member of the Supervisory Board of CEZ
The membership of Ing. Martin Pecina, MBA, in the Supervisory Board ended yesterday due to his resignation. The resignation was acknowledged by the Board yesterday. At the same time the Board appointed Ing. Jiri Bis, Deputy Minister of Commerce and Industry, a member of the Supervisory Board with effect until the next general assembly of CEZ.
