Changes in the management organization of the CEZ Group

CEZ Power Company is reorganizing the management of the entire CEZ Group. These changes in the management organization have been presented in the previous days and the VIZE 2008 Project has been launched.

 A re-merger of two sections - financial and administration section and strategic development section is a part of the wide change.  Petr Voboril, the present executive director for strategic development, will be at the head of the new section. On this account, David Svojitka has resigned the post of the executive director for finance and administration today.
