David Svojitka is a new member of the CEZ Board of Directors

The meeting of CEZ Supervisory Board, held this morning, appointed a new member of the CEZ Board of Directors, David Svojitka, the CEZ Executive Director for Finances and Administration.

 

The meeting of CEZ Supervisory Board, held this morning, appointed a new member of the CEZ Board of Directors, David Svojitka, the CEZ Executive Director for Finances and Administration. By this appointment he replaced Frantisek Hezoucky, the Director of the Temelin Nuclear Power Plant. 

The four-year innings of Frantisek Hezoucky expired on 4. 1. 2003 and he did not run for the membership again. According to the company statutes, his membership expires either three months after the end of his innings or when a new member is appointed, which is what happened today.
