Lubos Tejkl - the new manager of the staff department of CEZ

Lubos Tejkl has been the new manger of the CEZ staff department since May 1st, 2005. He is coming to CEZ from ConocoPhillips, an oil company, where he was responsible for the human resources section in Central and Eastern Europe.

 

Lubos Tejkl (*1968) graduated from the Faculty of Pedagogy at University in Hradec Kralove, subjects history-pedagogy, further from postgraduate studies of human resources and social politics at the Faculty of Law at Charles University and from human resources strategic management at Sheffield Hallam University.

In 1992-1995 he worked as a secondary-school teacher at the gymnasium (grammar school) in Cheb. From 1995-2003 he worked at the financial division of General Electric (today GE Money), first as Company Training Manager, and later as Human Resources Manager for the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Italy. At the same time, in 1998-2003, he was a member of the Managing Board of the Health Insurance Company of bank, insurance company and civil engineering employees (Oborova zdravotni pojišťovna zamestnancĹŻ bank, pojišťoven a stavebnictvi). The two previous years he worked as an executive head and Human Resources Manager at the ConocoPhillips oil company, responsible for Central and Eastern Europe.
