The Rainbow locomotive will transport ice-hockey players during the 2004 World Championship

The first promotional locomotive in the Central and Eastern Europe a locomotive of the Czech Railroads called "Rainbow locomotive"-will transport ice-hockey players on the way between Prague and Ostrava during the 2004 Ice-hockey World Championship.

The Rainbow locomotive, which gives publicity to the Rainbow Energy of the energetic CEZ Group, has been running the Czech railroads for two years. The Rainbow Energy has become a symbol of the gradually opening electricity market. The Czech Railroads, through their daughter company RailReklam, have given their fastest electric locomotive of the 151.001 line, which can reach a speed of 160 km/h, for that purpose.

The Rainbow locomotive will shuttle the competitors of the Ice-hockey World Championship between two centres of the championship-Prague and Ostrava. The Czech players, who are going to a warm-up match, Czech Republic-Russia, which is held in the CEZ Arena in Ostrava on 18 April 2004, are going to be the first to travel by the Rainbow Locomotive.
