The sale of the former head office of CEZ

CEZ Power Company and COPA Retail have concluded an agreement about a sale of the premises in Jungmannova/Charvatova street in Prague 1.

After a nearly two-year tendering period CEZ has decided for a sale to COPA, s. r. o., on the most favourable basis offered by this firm. The purchase price surpasses more than twice the residual value of the buildings. The concluded agreement postulates that the whole transaction will be completed within 4 months.

The former building of CEZ´s headquarters in Jungmannova street together with the back wing in Charvatova street have approximately 10 000 square meters in office area, in total 30 000 square meters (corridors, entrance halls, etc.).
