ČEZ Shperndarje to Make Personnel Changes
The ČEZ Group decided to respond positively to the Albanian Government by staffing its positions in the Supervisory Board and the Board of Directors of ČEZ Shperndarje with independent experts from SCHINDLERS, a UK-based company with long-term experience in strategic negotiations. ČEZ expects this move to calm down the currently rather tense style of communication and to be instrumental in taking all the steps necessary to resolve the situation in Albania.

CEZ Romania SA, member of the CEZ Group, finalized the acquisition of the hydroenergy system in Caras Severin County near Resita. CEZ Romania SA bought 100% stake in TMK Hydroenergy Power SRL.

Foreign companies of the CEZ Group bring positive results
Even in the last year, the foreign companies of the CEZ Group experienced processes the purpose of which was to enhance their production capacity. In total, the accumulated EBITDA (operating income) of the foreign companies has amounted to nearly half of the investment. CEZ gains CZK 5.5 billion on dividends.
